Chef / Chef de Cuisine

44 hours / 5-day week

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Cuisine for our hotel restaurant in the centre of St. Gilgen.

As head chef, you have overall responsibility for the kitchen, lead your team with expertise and passion and ensure that everything runs smoothly in all areas. You will continue to develop our menu, creatively showcase regional and seasonal products and ensure the highest quality and consistent standards. We offer you a varied and responsible position with plenty of room for manoeuvre in a committed, dynamic team.

Your main tasks include:

  • Management and organisation of the entire kitchen team
  • Responsibility for the quality, presentation and creativity of all dishes
  • Purchasing goods, menu and menu design
  • Ensuring hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Further training, motivation and development of the kitchen team
  • Working with the team to further refine and develop our culinary profile
