We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our hotel restaurant in the centre of St. Gilgen.
As Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for a service station, advise our guests on food and wine and coordinate the smooth running of the kitchen and service. We offer a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team.
From gross € 2.400,- per month / or by agreement
Supervision of an own service station
Warm welcome and professional advice for our guests
Serving food and drinks to a high standard
Close collaboration with the kitchen, bar and sommelier
Guidance of Commis de Rang and support of the team
Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
