44 hours / 5-day week

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our hotel restaurant in the centre of St. Gilgen.

As Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for a service station, advise our guests on food and wine and coordinate the smooth running of the kitchen and service. We offer a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team.

From gross € 2.400,- per month / or by agreement

Your main tasks include:

  • Supervision of an own service station

  • Warm welcome and professional advice for our guests

  • Serving food and drinks to a high standard

  • Close collaboration with the kitchen, bar and sommelier

  • Guidance of Commis de Rang and support of the team

  • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
