Chef de Rang

44 hours / 5-day week

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our hotel restaurant in the centre of St. Gilgen.

As Head Waiter, you will be responsible for your own service area, looking after our guests with warmth and professionalism, and working with the service team to ensure a smooth flow in daily operations. With expertise and passion, you will advise our guests on food and drink, ensure attentive and personal service of a high quality standard, and enjoy interacting with our guests and collaborating with our team.

Your main tasks include:

  • Leadership and responsibility for one's own service area
  • Independent guest care – from a warm welcome to a professional farewell
  • Collaboration and close coordination with the service team
  • Quality, hospitality, and pleasure in serving guests – a personal and attentive service experience is at the heart of what we do.
  • Contribution to the further development and optimisation of service processes
