Chef de Partie

44 hours / 5-day week

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie for our hotel restaurant in the centre of St. Gilgen.

As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own station, work independently and in a structured manner and work with the kitchen team to ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You use regional and seasonal products creatively with expertise and passion, prepare dishes to a consistently high level of quality and ensure compliance with our standards. You will be actively involved in the further development of our dishes and support the head chef in the organisation of the kitchen.

Your main tasks include:

  • Management and responsibility for your own kitchen station
  • Independent work from mise-en-place to perfect presentation
  • Collaboration in the kitchen team and close coordination with the head chef
  • Quality, creativity and fun with the product - regional and seasonal ingredients take centre stage
  • Participation in menu design & process optimisation
